Nursing & Health Care Provider Visits
At GP we have community providers (doctors, nurses, podiatrist, mental health professionals, etc.) who can visit your loved one to know the resident's needs. When we know the needs of residents, we record the notes and share with the family, case managers and those who have guardianship.
